Manifold Covers

Manifold Covers are lightweight, durable temporary protection covers designed to protect heating manifolds and associated pipework during construction. Manufactured from twin wall polypropylene board, they protect vulnerable pipework, valves and controls from impact damage while preventing the ingress of dust, dirt and debris.

As heat pump installations become increasingly common across new-build developments, manifold protection is becoming an essential element of modern plot protection strategies to reduce accidental damage, minimise costly remedial work and ensure systems remain fully operational.

Suitable for use both before and after external walls are constructed, our Manifold Covers provide dependable protection from the earliest stages of construction through to commissioning and handover. Secured in place using cable ties (available separately), the covers are quick to install and
remove, allowing them to be easily reused and transferred between plots as work progresses. Fully recyclable, they provide a sustainable, cost-effective solution that helps minimise repair and replacement costs.
